FORMER HARINGTON'S DIRECTOR SIMON SHAW TAKES SIMON SHAW EDUCATION TO AUSTRALIA!

Simon Shaw has returned from a five city tour of Australia running courses for L'Oréal Professionel's Preferred Colour Salons in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Perth.

Simon is the co-founder and past director of the international award-winning salon group, Haringtons. He has spent 30 years in the industry and over 23 years creating salon culture, focusing on developing people and providing top customer service.

Simon has now launched SimonShaw Education. and his courses in Australia addressed motivation and team building, leadership, targets, goal setting and coaching. Audiences ranged from 40 to 130 and the courses followed up from a previous presentation about the figures - Simon's talks focused on the people side of the salon and how balancing the books and the people are what makes a business successful.

Said Simon, "The Australians are really keen for education. One of the women got up at 4am to drive from the bush to Melbourne! The delegates were fast learners, and the salons were very progressive and forward thinking; service is a really big aspect of their business. There's half the number of salons per head as in the UK, so there's a big opportunity to capitalise on service in Australia. I'll be going back to do workshops in Australia and New Zealand.'
